Our House
Our lovely two storey house is in the village of Golden Grove, 1.5 miles south-west of St. Johns. It is actually in the new annex of Golden Grove.
We live part-time in Seattle, Washington so a family member manages our property on the island. The house has a lovely view of the ocean, Boogy peak, Seaforth's Bay and the surrounding hills. It is comforatbly furnished. There are two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with twin beds that can become a king bed. There's also a dining room suite, and a full size futon, coffee/end tables, and chairs in the living room. We will complete our decorating over time; thus the reason for very reasonably priced offers. The house is light and airy with ceiling fans in all rooms, basic cable, assorted dishes, linens, and snorkeling equipment.
